Rick is incredibly professional and polite and always makes me feel welcome at Dale & Ron's. I am never talked down to, like some other garages I've been to, no matter how dumb my questions may be. I've been taking my car there for over 10 years and my automotive problems are always taken care of. I can count on the mechanics there to really know their stuff.
