My husband's family has used Dale & Ron's for decades & we have continued using them still. And it's easy to see why. You may wonder sometimes if your auto repair shop is honest, & there is no wondering here. This last time I took my vehicle in, they had given me a quote on what it would cost to fix everything, & when I came to pick it up after they were finished, they told me they forgot to include any labor in the quote, & since that was their mistake, they weren't going to charge me labor.
