When Rick called me this afternoon with a quote for 3 new pulleys, a new alternator, and 2 new belts, I told him to move forward with the repairs. They were able to get my car done the same day. When I went in to pay, he said the total was more than what he had quoted over the phone, but he was only going to charge me what he originally told me. Color me impressed.
