I have been a customer of Dale & Ron's for over a decade and have had work done on numerous cars. They have done everything from changing spark plugs to replacing an engine/transmission for me. I have always been pleased with the results and they have always advised me of the options to fix, giving me a price before the work is done and explaining what they would do. If you ask, they'll show you exactly what they did after the work is done as well. There have been a few times over the years where they have not charged me for diagnositc work (depends on how involved it is) and they have also looked at cars that I was looking to buy to see if they were mechanically sound or not and did not charge me for that either. (One car I ended up not buying based on their recommendation - they found a couple of leaks that I didn't know about). All in all, I trust my vehicles with Dale and Ron's auto repair shop in Lawrence, KS above all other mechanics. You usually have to wait at least a few days to get in, which to me is another sign that they are good. -A Google User
